Okay, so most of the people on here probably know a saying for the acronym of "vault". [Vertical. Assault. Upside-down. Launch. Technique.]
However, can anyone think of an acronym for "pole" that leads up to it? Maybe something about the run? [how it accelerates or leads up to the launch, or something...idk...]
