My curiosity got the best of me so I imposed on a French friend, asking her to watch/listen and tell the "sense" of this video. Following is her reply...

I have to tell that it is really hard to understand what is being said, with this musical rythm. I think the general idea is that : "we live in an isolated cow-land area, but it can still be a playground for us to thrive"...something like that...but it is really badly pronounced!
