There's this really awesome site that Ash runs, http://www.polevaultpit.com/ where you can find all the latest news on what's going on in the pole vaulting world. The coolest thing about this website that no one knows, is that everyone can participate!
Anyone can post articles to the site. Ash tries to look for articles online, but he has a real job, and is working on getting married and all, so he doesn't always have time to look.
