Except there is no q by Gibilisco???

I don't understand why they don't have a q by Gibilisco... I understand breaking ties with misses when less than 12 clear the final height and you have to go back to the previous height... but these guys all (hypothetically) have jumps remaining.

if they're gonna leave out gibilisco they'd have to leave out hooker as well since he third-attempted 565 also.
