Tried searching the net for some before... There were really only two or three that I found that were good, and one of them was REALLY expensive for some reason. If you want a good pole vault poster, you should pay to have you're own made. Maybe even like a Fathead thing, or just a regular poster.

This website that powerplant42 posted is hilarious!

http://www.despair.com/viewall.html

The author of the "inspirational posters" must have had a gas writing them, becuz I was LMAO when I read most of them.

But I did notice that he provides a service whereby you can create your own inspirational posters. I'm sure there's other websites, and I don't know how his prices compare, but he allows you to customize either the pic or the caption or both. You could take the pic of the pole vaulter and write your favorite inspirational message, or better yet you could send him your PV pic and write your own caption for it. Whatever provides you the motivation that you're looking for!

I have a wall of PV posters at my parents house, but it's taken me years to build that collection.

UCS made some nice posters of Emma George and Sergei Bubka back in 2000 that I got at the Pole Vault Summit. Pat Manson had a mini poster that same year. A couple of times UCS/Spirit has had some nice smaller pictures/posters available such as after the 2000 Olympics. Gill Athletics made a really nice one of Jeff Hartwig a couple years ago. I picked up a Nordic Sport poster at a street vault in Salem many years ago (I forget now who is on it). Track and Field News has mini-posters from time to time, you could always order back issues of that. You can also cut out pictures from pole catalogs. ESSX had a nice poster last year.

Because that would cost a lot of money and be more pain than it's worth...

if you want to find enough people to generate interest to sell at least 100+ posters, we could get something put together. but unless your selling good quantities it just becomes more hassle than its worth
