Jump. With a bar. At practice. If competitions used bungies, yes, they would move faster, but bars are used. Bungies aren't used, not even for warm ups (unless you have a cool meet official

Do some hypnosis with a hynotherapist to remove the mental blocks you may have. The power of your mind is really great. Or you can get a light and sound machine and or do some affirmations. Anything to remove your mental blocks. These tips all work!!
