i went to watch. the guy from washington was insane. i can't believe he didn't go the 17'9 though. he had about 5 or 6 inches on his 17'5.

How many At-Large bids are given and what is the process of selection?

the people who placed 6-12 at all four regions get put into the pool. then they generally take the 8 people from that pool with the highest prs for the season.
