3rd Annual Hot Springs Street Vault June 30th

Unread postby AVC Coach » Fri May 25, 2007 12:15 pm

Just wanted to get the word out about our 3rd Annual Hot Springs Street Vault hosted by Arkansas Vault Club next to Bath House Row in beautiful, historic Downtown Hot Springs, Arkansas June 30th, 2007.

There are several divisions including Elite (prize money). This year we want to showcase the Elite High School Men and Women bringing in as many Elite high schoolers as possible from across the nation!

T-shirts to all competitors as well as medals for the top 6 in each group. Each time an athlete clears a bar, they get to throw a t-shirt to the crowd. Check out our website for all of the details.

I'm pretty sure it will never be as big as Reno. It does get a little bigger each year and the energy is awesome!

From the young kids to the vintage athletes, everyone has a great time and the crowd likes the free stuff being thrown at them when somebody makes a bar.

We have a super fast runway and an Olympic pit with standards that go up to 21 feet.

Check out our website and plan on coming!

Morry, will you guys be doing this meet again, or are you replacing it with indoor meets at your new facility?

That's great you are doing the indoor meets, but the street vault was a great chance to get the vault out there to the public. I am sure you'll be glad to have one less thing to worry about though.

I know i will. The set up and break down of the mats in the course of 2 days.... killed a chance for PR's and good jumping the next day.
