Im 5'5

know how to pole vault about a year and a half
the pole is a 14' 165, hand grip is at 13'11, middle bungey of 3(hard to see is 14, i got over it compleatly without touching it like twice after this jump)
this was my first try on this pole and the onlyone that ended up with a video of it
i know my top half and plant arn't perfect, but this jump shows my most common mistakes...
New pole 14' any help works

i wish i can get on a 165... and grip 13'11 without killing my self... haha but anyways
i cant really tell from the camera angle but it seems like you are bending the pole before takeoff, could work on free take off (prob already aware of it...)
and also, seems like you get stuck in the L position and then kind of shoot out instead of up, then again im not sure cause of the camera angle,

yeah.. it did bend early because i was a little under (well im never completly free, not got that down yet)
i think the L sticking is a mind block, because if im feeling good and know im going in good i swing straight upside down and drop the sholders no problme..... i just have every few jumps where i freeze for some reason
