I've been at plenty meets, much medals now, but they mean nothing.
And also I'm vaulting around half an year, I'm just not vaulting high. I'm vaulting for the technicue (sorry for spelling, being lithuanian is bad).
I vault 3 times in a week, always there's a coach.

for half a year of vaulting thats pretty good. and vaulting 3 days a week is a geat oppurtunity. its really good that you are focusing on the technique. as you get older and you grow and are able to build alot more muscle, the heights you can reach will increase dramatically. the key to reaching good heights in polevault is a strong, fast run and a good plant. so keep it up, youre off to an awesome start
