Mental problem

Jump. With a bar. At practice. If competitions used bungies, yes, they would move faster, but bars are used. Bungies aren't used, not even for warm ups (unless you have a cool meet official ;) ), so why would you always use them in practice? Yeah, bars are a pain to put back up after every missed attempt, but that gives you a chance to rest, whereas with a bungie, I myself am really bad with this, I'll just jump and jump and jump, never resting, until I can't rotate my pole anymore and stall out... bad stuff. So try using a bar every few practices.

Your right. I think I've had too much pressure on getting 12' for the longest time that I forget what I'm actually doing! Ill use a bar at practice from now on. That was a very good point. Thank you!

Do some hypnosis with a hynotherapist to remove the mental blocks you may have. The power of your mind is really great. Or you can get a light and sound machine and or do some affirmations. Anything to remove your mental blocks. These tips all work!!
