Well this is my first full year of pole vaulting and coaches have told me that i have a lot of promise in the sport
i recently just got a new 12'6" 130 Pacer FX
i'm having 2 problems
1. when i plant my arms are not straight, is there any drills or tips?
2. getting inverted - (if i keep my arms straight will it make it easier?)
