ok brian.. wat would a 5'6 guy who vaults 12'6 and runs the 100 in 13 secs be haha.. ya im slow haha..
i run, therefore im buff.

what about a 5'9" guy whose pr is 13' and runs the 100m in 11.66
This year your gonna have to work twice as hard.

with that speed a 14'4 jump is possible

a guy 5'4" with a PR of 12'0" who runs the 100m in 11.7 seconds.

1.65 in a 15 meter fly without a pole
and I jumped 14'5" this summer with these numbers
