Billy Olson Video?

Hey everybody, just wondering if anybody has any video of Billy Olson, who just happens to be my favorite vaulter.

If not any good pictures or even stories of his glory days would be awesome from those who were around when he was jumping!!

Yeah I do have his book, that is a great resource for pictures! I totally wasn't even thinking about that...

i think i remember my dad having some old reels of a lot of those guys from back in the day when he was at A&M, im not sure tho, nor do i know a way he could get it off the reels.

I may be mistaken if he is in them of not, but there are some clips from the 80s of vaulting on Neovault 3... might be a couple years past him, but its a great dvd set either way. There is also a dvd out on eBay that is just of the 88 Olympics, every jump from a variety of angles. Plays the same song over and over, but I guess thats what you get for 7 bucks.

He went to both. Baylor first. My HS coach was his roommate there. BU didn't have much of a vault program so he transferred to ACU after his freshman year.

That's what I thought I remembered from his book, but when I googled him and didn't see any mention of Baylor, I started to think my brain was starting to act its age.

yeah billy olson went to ACU if you will remember former american record holder Brad Pursley and Billy went to ACU at the same time. try going to ACUs website i bet you can find the video through there..
