What a great find! When I was teaching myself to vault on a willow pole, the resources I had were not far removed from this article. I scoured every encyclopedia I could find for information, and I am still trying to cure many of the bad habits I ingrained from lack of up-to-date knowlege.

I have never seen an early article with as much detail as this one has.
