I think he should have. But they keep on talking on how the mom of the boy taught her kids to lie in court. I dont know.... Also, a valid point was brought up a while ago, that you shouldnt bring up past events in this offense.

I'm a fan of jacko, but I still think he was guilty....though I was hoping he wasn't

It was argued that it wasn't sufficiently proven that he was guilty. According to the letter of the law, if there is any kind of reasonable doubt, he cannot be convicted.

It is also possible that he isn't guilty of molestation. Perhaps he is so crazy and removed from reality that he actually doesn't see anything wrong with having kids sleep in his bed. He is nuts, but that doesn't mean he tried to have sex with the children he had sleep over. This brings up the issue of reasonable doubt. As long as such doubt exists, he shall not be convicted in the U.S. Judicial System. Here, you are innocent until proven guilty.
