Stubby Drills

Unread postby JTred » Thu May 05, 2005 10:03 pm

I just made myself a stubby out of pvc. I need some stubby drills to practice at home. I already know one where you lay down with the pole in your armpit and straight up and swing up and invert. I also know one where I step up on something and post up as high as i can and look at my top hand. What is your favorite (or most helpful) stubby drill? Please explain it too.
