I'm 6 feet tall and 67kg, I'm on a pacer 13" 145lbs pole and it feels too soft and short! I'm looking at getting a used 14" 150lbs! Will this pole be ok? Any other opinions would be great. Thanks

My advice is to stay with your actual pole, lower your grip and focus your effort in to improve your technique. I will to explain my reasons for that:
With your tall you can manage correctly a 14' pole, but still you have time to exhaust your actual pole.
According your profile your PB is 3.20
Your pole is 3.96 (13') so you have still enough grip to able to jump over higher bars.
Your pole is 2.7 lbs lighter than your weight. If you lower your grip 15cm, you will have a pole response similiar that with a pole of 155 lbs .

So my question is what does your coach say and what poles do you have available to you.

Hi, my coach said that we have the following
13' 145
13' 155
13' 160
I believe the 13' 155 might be the best.

I would grip down and try them all. If the 155 feels stiff bump your grip up 3 inches and try it again same idea with the 160. Those poles might work out fine. Technique is more important than length of pole. You should be able to hold around 12'6" and jump 12' no problem if your technique is pretty good. Good luck
