Hello Everyone,
I need some tips on repairing a runway.
The pole vault runway is shared with the football field. During football season, I suspect athletes, using their cleats, scrapped the asphalt off the runway. The area affected is very close to the take-off spot (5-8 ft. from the box). It must be fixed as the surface underneath is concrete.
Any thoughts?
John

Re: Repairing runway
It depends a lot on the exact materials used in your track. Contact the company that installed the track, they should have information about repair kits or whatever. Usually you can patch it.

Thanks for the tip.
I'll ask the AD and see if he remembers.
