Jeopardy

Did anyone see on jeopardy tonight on one of video questions?

They had a question about the 'science' of pole vaulting.!!!

It was at duke- They filmed someone doing a jump( looked like a short run on a pacer carbon FX)......... but ya, it was sweet! :D

i forget, i was so excited i saw pole vaulting i didnt really pay attention to the question- something about applied force to the pole to make it bend....

Takeoff to landing then some toby-esque celebration.


There was a high jumper in there and a sprinter, I think Shawn Crawford, too.

It was from Road to Eugene.

Well, it isn't a full highlight of the competition, but that is better than vaulting usually gets.
