Im a freshman, I need advice!

Im a freshman, first year polevaulter, taught myself how cuz my school wont pay for a coach, i vault 10 ft on a 10 1/2 ft pole, regionals are coming this saturday and i would like to make it to state, im in 3A so its kinda easy to, but i need some advice on how to get better, i cant even figure out where to set my standards!

Read up or get a video to help...also make sure someone is out there with you. PVSCB or PVEI websites have lots of useful drills and advice...good luck!
