I fell from 13'6'' one time and landed on my chest in the box. luckily my head hit one side of the box and my feet hit the other but my chest took a good blow. Some how the only thing that happened was I got the wind knocked out of me and I was able to clear that height on my second attempt.

This weekend I saw a girl from San Diego State University come down on her back in the box.....the thud that I heard was sickening....but after a trip to the hospital and some x-rays, she had no major injuries.
