The first 20 times I've seen that, I didn't actually think it was real...
ouch. The worst I've done is straddle the bar, and have it iced for the next half hour...lol, got up, walked off the pit, and fell to my side.
I wished that soemone would take a video, because that was my first year...and that would be useful for teaching (or scaring away) new people to not stutter step.
I learned my lesson after that.
