VH1 Celebrity Fit Club Pole Vaults

Tim Werner and Advantage Athletics will be on VH1 Celebrity Fit Club Jan 1, 2006.

You have to see the celebrities pole vault.

The first epesode "Introduction" will air today Jan, 5 at 2pm EST on VH1. You can check the schedule for more airings at http://www.vh1.com/shows/schedule/serie ... esID=19249 When you watch the first show, don't blink to see the pole vault wipe out.

Tim Werner with Advantage Athletics also did the final show and personal training sessions with Young MC, (Marvin Young) a USC alum, that was taped.
