I was wondering if anyone had heard from from any vaulters affected by the hurricane, or if any of you have been. Isn't Doug Fraley down in New Orleans?

LSU resumes school next week. Tulane closed until further notice. Mc Neese open. The school websites let you know what the plans are. Ole Miss allowing students displaced at schools in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi to take advantage of late enrollment.
Students from Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama can enroll in classes at UM through Sept. 9 if they were previously admitted to any of the coastal universities now closed due to hurricane damage.
The University of Alabama will close at noon today, Monday, Aug. 29, 2005 due to expected severe weather associated with Hurricane Katrina. Classes are canceled beginning at noon today. At 6 a.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2005, officials will announce the re-opening time for Tuesday. Information will be communicated via area media, campus-wide e-mail, the ua.edu Web site, voice mail notices, and by phone at 205-348-4500. Essential personnel should check with their supervisors concerning their schedules.
The number of people out of schools, counting teachers and students is mind boggling. Many will be displaced for months.
