Good Pole Vault quotes

Hi everyone,
We're making t-shirts for our two senior guy vaulters and are looking for a good quote about vaulting to put on the back of the shirts.
This year our PV sweatshirts said, "A good plant gets a pole vaulter high," so we need another good one! Does anyone have any that we could use?
