Has anyone anywhere taken or is taking personal training sessions and Velocity Sports. I want to get faster and bigger, but I know Pole Vaulting isn't exaclty a mainstream sport. If you have taken sessions, was it worth it, did it help...Comments please!?!?!

Yes, it is a chain, Pros, to Middle Schoolers go there because results are always awsome. Ray Lewis and to the Olympic Bobsled team are members. I just know not many Personal Trainers know much about our sport.

Velocity Sports was started by Loren Seagrave. He is a leading authority in performance enhancement, namely speed!!! At Velocity, you will learn alot of sprint development drills, Olympic Lifting, etc... The facilities and equipment are state of the art. You will have the opportunity to work with the Dartfish application to compare and contrast your sprinting technique. I suggest checking it out, but it is expensive. Good luck

legs are 90% of the vault cause they control the runway and the take off... get faster and stronger at velocity = pole vault higher at school :P
