Please define these terms...

Would someone please define these 2 terms "topping out" and "blowing thru". Thank you for any feed back.

Well, blowing through means that you're coming pole speed is coming through to fast and not allowing you time to swing up or you are always hitting the crossbar on the way up. If a pole is over bending, someone can see that as blowing through a pole (acutally i like saying "crushing" better)
