Anyone good at translating language for pole vaulters!

I was on stabhochsprung today and I saw this "NEW!!!" section. It looks like a type of training schedule of some sort. I am VERY interested in finding out what it has to say. Can anyone here, or does anyone know anyone who can translate all of it inorder for us to know what it says?

appears to be a PV clinic schedule.

He used to have a training schedule up, but I couldn't find it.
