Hey guys,
Well i'm a french pole vaulter and i just discorvered this website. It seems to be pretty cool indeed
Anyway first of all, i think i'll quickly present myself. So i'm a 22 years old french pole vaulter and my personal best is 5m15 (i jumped 5m15 in 2001 when i was junior). Actually after taking a break with pole vaulting for one year last year, i started again training in september in Sweden where i'm studying this year. As a matter of fact, i train in Växjö, a small swedish city where Carolina Kluft is from and is still training. There is here a really good coach, Pete Winden who was 5th in Tokyo 91 (PB:5m75). When i was youger, i've been France youth champion in 99 with 4m90, and i took part to the european junior championships (qualified with 5m15) but i sucked there . Now, after getting used to training and competing again this winter, i hope to improve my record this summer and jump over 5m30.
Anyway, i'd be glad to get to know american pole vaulters as i'm thinking about studying in the States soon if i have the opportunity, and also basically to talk about our passion. So don't hesitate to answer me
See ya,
