MTV's Made

Unread postby Mecham » Thu Dec 30, 2004 3:03 pm

I was watching MTV the other day and i saw a commercial for Made by MTV. I was wondering if someone has done Made: I want to be a Pole Vaulter. Or something. I think it would be so cool to see that. If anyone has some sweet hook ups with MTV let me know. :)

Not that i know of. Ive thought many times of that though, but i guess i figured its more like doing something you havent tried and becoming decent at it. Im a good vaulter so i guess that wouldnt work. Maybe, convincing someone that is interested. that would be a great way to start.

Think about it, 60 days or w/e amount of time they give you and someone like Jan as your coach, depending on who you were you could end up a decent jumper.

OMG i ALWAYS think about that.... like following a group of vaulters or clubs around the country would be awesome reality TV.... or an amazing movie about pro vaulters... who wouldn't want to watch that?

Made would be sweet if the person was pretty athletic they could probably get like 11 feet or something in a month if they worked really hard. But they usually get really spastic people haha

ya definitely.it would give the person great potential, however all the people that are always on there say they will work hard and do great, but they almost always dont. and are "spazs" haha

Would the person already be a pole vaulter or would they be some random person off the street?
I think that it would take a really long time to teach some random person because of all the technicalities

I think it would already have to be a vaulter, and it would have to be one who basically just wants to do a lot better than he/she already does
