How to get videos online

I was wondering if anyone knew how to post videos on the web since i have a lot of footage of myself and teammates and i always appreciate critiques. I am not the most computer inclined when it comes to this, but i can run them in either quicktime or windows media player or real player. Thanks for the help.

a lot of sites are specific on how much space you have on their servers (which is usually little), and they also limit your bandwidth greatly. I used to use freewebs.com when suddenly I ran out of bandwidth, so I bought a server and a domain name :)
