There's a new(ish) track and field forum about! It's part of the RunJumpThrow site, and the forum has been split in to three sections. The running part of the site has really begun to take off, but the jumping side of it is still a bit lacking.... maybe some of you enthusiastic peeps would like to liven it up a bit!

The address is:
http://www.runjumpthrow.com/forum

thats because they are both a phpbb forum...
Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them-a desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill. - Muhammad Ali

Talent in cheaper than table salt. What separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work.

That is a great picture of the javelin thrower "runjump"from the UK.
I can feel the hurt, but do not know if it is a boy or girl.

Yeh, my forum is a phpbb one, hence the similar looks. However, I tried to disguise it by using the RJT colours, but I suppose it's not hidden too well! Sub 20 use the exact same colours as this one, as does the run-down forum, so at least mine is a bit different! :D

BTW, on that forum my alias is 'runjump' and rest assured - that avatar is not of me! lol! It's of some woman (looks like a veteran) and I converted it from a mpg clip into an avatar.

If any of you guys would like an mpg clip (either of yourselves or of other vaulters) made into an avatar, then just drop me an email or something and I'll glady help out. ;)
