i'm deff a stabhochsprung person. Beside this site, that's where i spend the most time.
Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them-a desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill. - Muhammad Ali

Talent in cheaper than table salt. What separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work.

I would have to agree that www.stabhochsprung.com is great with it's video's and sequential vault pic's. And of course this site for the Bulletin Board. But I'm biased too, I like our website www.CarolinaExtreme.com

Best sites hands down, (including most up to date infor, range of info, and quality of site:

1.Trackshark.com
2.Dyestat.com
3.Iaaf.org

These 3 sites always have info way ahead of all the other sites. Dont get me wrong but, they sure know how to keep up with the results and such.

By the way, Becca, when is your site ready to expand to results, articles, interviews, rankings, etc.....?

It's ready, I just need to finish my road trip stuff and convert the old pages over. Gus does results in his newsletter and rankings on his website. I'll still be doing WA rankings, and if anyone needs a place to post their own rankings I'll give them web space. Articles I will have, and possibly some interviews as well. Pictures I already have (and will get a lot more up eventually). Aside from that there is a ton more I am adding. You'll find out soon enough ;)
