I just watched Even Sevens on the disney channel and they had the older sister trying to vault. it was pretty funny it was just like all the real first time girl vaulters that ive ever seen. but it was stupid too because everything was so unreal and fake.

Hahahaha. I was over at Erin Shafer's apartment a few months ago, the night before the WA/OR meet, and that episode was on. We kept meaning to post about it on here, but I forgot.
That episode was something else!!

Ok, the segment was pretty funny . . .
BUT REMEMBER KIDS, Don't try this at home . . .It only works with liberal doses of "TV Magic" sprinkled on it. Ren should have gone to Earl Bells before shooting the segment, although she did look lke she used a technique a coach I know used to teach his girls . . .
I'd rather see Lara Croft vault!

Haha, I have seen that episode So many times! If only you culd learn pole vault in a day. And if only 6' could get you the championship! You ahve to admit though, it was one big step for Disney to do an episode with pole vault. I would like ot see Lizzie McGuire try to do that...
