What should I do...I'm in a bit of a pickle

Ok, so here's the scenario:
I qualified for DII Nationals. But, 6 months ago I said I'd be able to start my summer internship in May 14th. So, I can't be at my college with my coach to train. This entire week I've been working and doing the workouts that my coach told me to do. He said that I need to jump before Nationals, and taking a week off is'nt an option. I was planning to jump at my high school, but since I left they lent out the poles I was jumping on because they were too big for anyone else there. I can get some smaller poles for 3 or 4 step jumps, but I definatly can't do any full approaches.
Another thing is about being mentally prepared. I'm more stressed right now than I can ever remember being in my life. Finals week was last week, and I took a final Thursay morning, left right after that for a track meet, got home at around 1am from that meet. That friday, we left in the afternoon and drove 5 hours to another track meet on Saturday. My parents picked me up from that meet and drove me to a state park where my dad and I went speilunking in a wild cave that lasted 6 hours and was extremely strenuous. We drove 3 hours home from that Sunday night and got home around 10. I had to then get ready for my first day of work. Here's the kicker...I work in a coal mine. I'm in a training course that lasts all week and I'll be in the mine working my butt off, and by the time I get home, I'm really tired and I still have to do my track workout. By the time I get done with that, it's dinner time. After dinner, I have to get ready for work the next day, do some email stuff, and by then it's bedtime. I haven't gotten a single minute to relax in the past 2 weeks because of all this finals week stuff, my new job, and I'm going to nationals that I didn't plan for. I'm half falling asleep as I write this, and as soon as I'm done I have to go get ready for work again.
What do I do? I'm extremely stressed and I have a ton of stuff to do, and I need to get mentally and physically prepared for Nationals.
can anyone help?
