Folks this is important stuff - I am sure that Vladamir - or his second cousin Vitali - would love to improve their methods. After all one or other of them - or even both - is/are coaching the beautiful IZZY and I am sure they would welcome any opportunity to learn more about the event. It would be great if these new improved ideas were posted here so we could all learn from them.
