i wonder how long becca is gunna let this stay here??? probubly hasnt been on in a while that is why this is still here haha my guess is when i come back from lifting it will be gone

I do occasionally leave the computer. I train and coach and all that good stuff.

That's why I have moderators, and Ash is an administrator. You guys should contact them when stuff like this gets posted if I am not around.

I also have AIM on my cell phone now, my sn for that is pvpmobile, that is if I am away from my normal sn (polevaultpower).
