Did you notice that when the vaulter lifts his pole, his top hand is gripping the pole backwards?

Probably had a poor excuse for a model for the motion capture.

did anyone play the ps2 game for the 2000 olympics that had track events including pole vault, swimming, weight lifting, and some gymnastics.
hartwig was the model for that one and there is an interview with him on the extra features.

My team played that a bunch over Spring Break. I didn't get to see the interview though

So far i played that game at my friends house and my pr is 6.35. i'm hoping to max it out at 6.40

just played for the first time and cleared 4.35 with the girl. The form is horrible but pretty cool game though!

Ya, vaulting at 6.40 was hard, took me a couple of times, but I did it.
getting the records in the other events are difficult too.
what records have people achieved in the game?
