i'd have to agree with Fo_sheezy. If you get pissed you'll start to suck.

u just have to have fun with it and work harder to get better.

When you get frustrated, or can't seem to get things right just remember

K.I.S. keep it simple
...success is doing what you can do well and doing well whatever you can do

The most frustrating thing is when you are aiming for a certain height and if you don't make it, everyone is like "Oh, you didn't make it?", even if you win the meet by 3 feet! Or if the headline reads "Lawrence wins state but falls short of 13 feet!" It's not like I don't put enough pressure on myself anyway!
