Does any video of this exist? I've searched and searched and found nothing. Not even any pictures.

Does anyone know where I can see or get this video?

I have a short clip of it on VHS. I am planning on converting the entire video, which includes slo-mo of the entire world championship where Bubka won his first WC along with a bunch of other world record and world record attempts. Hopefully sometime this summer. I'll let ya know.
