My trip to Vertical Assault, Bath PA

Well let me just say i can not be any more impressed with Vertical Assault and owner Mike Lawryk. The runway is about 97 feet which is long enough for most normal people to get 7 or 8 lefts in (depending on male or female), ceiling is high enough to jump probably 19'++. The runway is fast. Nice big pit, and a great selection of poles.

Also there is a nice section of turf that is great for plyos or hurdling or any kind of drills you might need. A nice platform with lifting equipment to squat, clean, bench, snatch, and an assortment of dumbells, bars, and benches to do almost enough anything.

Also mike himself is a great coach with an absolutely incredible eye and understanding for the vault. If you live in or anywhere within an hour or so of Vertical Assault, and you are serious about polevaulting, you need to get a hold of him.
