The doghouse radio show on free fm (after opie and anthony) from new york today started talking about pv today and one of the hosts was saying that he didn't think that is should be considered a sport. they felt that high jumping was more difficult.

Obviously he's never tried it.

You just have to deal with inexperience as it comes. One guy in my class is amazed that my arms (I'm a girl) are more muscular than his are, even though he supposedly works out every day (and I've been on six months of mandatory inactivity from my doctor). He couldn't believe that pole vaulting took that much upper body strength.*rolls eyes*
