Highest Jump with an injury?

15'6" with a torn ACL , torn cartilage in the right shoulder (top arm), and pretty bad tendonitis in the right elbow. That jump broke the school record in my final year of eligibility.

my coach jumped 18'7" with a broken foot. He took off his cast because it was the olympic trials.

vault with an injury

In 1977 I vaulted 15' 3" after spending 2 months in a cast when I missed the pits, but didn't miss the standar tracks at West Point and tore my achilles tendon on my left heal, squashed a back disk and injured ligaments in my left knee.
I quit vaulting as I had no spring in my left ankle and my bac khurt whenevr I ran , unitl last year at age 47, after I finally had my back cured thru prolotherapy.
