Alan, there will be a richness lost to this post when you leave. It is a richness that only your experiences, travels, successes, failures, and long life can provide. why is someone with a pr of 8'10 bringing up pr's as a basis of knowledge?

Thank you very much for all the advice you have given and the advice you still have yet to give. As a newer coach, you have given me insight to numerous advances that have helped my athletes and students. Regardless of what others may claim, have said, or will claim, you have been a tremendous positive influence to the sport. I am sorry that others have lead you away, but thank you very much. You have helped the students of this sport out and it is pitiful that some have not seen this.
