Ouch...Pain
Well I fell in the box today for the first time. I was on a pole I shouldn't have been on, a 14' 150 (my regular pole is a 13' 165). And I went up, and went back down. I did invert a little better though. Well now I have pain in my ankle, hamstring, and quad, on top of wrist pain and forearm pain from soccer, plus shin splints and a toothache. And to make things better, I have a tri-meet tomorrow. Wish me luck, I still can't clear 11' even with a grip of 13' on a pole 20 lbs over my weight. Maybe all this bad luck will come full circle and give me good luck tomorrow.
