I had something similar two years ago. I was bed stricken. I took a trip to my grandma's place for a night, and it helped me out a lot. Thank goodness my sister drove, or I would not have made it there. You might need to get out of your house and go to another place indoors (like a friend or family member's house -- to get some clean air).

But in the mean time, I hope you get to feeling better Brian!

Yep! The wife got the brochitis last week and dang if I haven't been fighting it this week. That'll teach me for .....er .....ah... kissin' her when she's sick. Well? Just think how great we all will feel after we get over this crap. It'll definitely take the edge off of the winter training schedule....don't you think?Later..........Mike
