Pole Vault Award - Help

I hope someone here can help me. We are working on a special Pole Vault Award and I am in need of a silhouette of a pole vaulter just at take off, side view. Not a drawing, but rather a real picture in a silhouette shadow I know I have seen something like this but I cannot locate same. Thanks for any help you can give. By the way, one of a male vaulter and one of a female vaulter would be great. Thanks again.
