Woe is Me

"Due to hazardous icing conditions and with no significant warming predicted for the day, all airline service to Portland International Airport (PDX) is suspended until 5 a.m. on Friday, January 9, at the earliest. No flights will arrive or depart. "

Yep, you guessed it, that includes my teams flight down to reno. :crying: Don't think we're going. If you have any words of sympathy they would be much appreciated. A heart is broken :deadrose: .

if its any condolence, I feel your pain. I'm in a completely different situation however. I'm sorry that you are unable to go, it mustt be really fruistrating. Are you going to be able to arrive late? Or are all flights cancelled for the whole weekend? While everyone is at reno tomorrow at 8 in the morning I'll be having 4 wisdom teeth pulled! I say its time to throw a pity party! jk, just tryin to include some humor for the situations at hand. well i hope everyone else who ain't at reno is having a good weekend. I probably won't be back on here until sunday or monday ('til then I'll be victim to a drugged-up stupor.) 'til then, I bid you all, adieu

Definitely, "Canceled Flight". Bummer! :(

I spoke to Rick Baggett on Thursday and his flight was canceled out of Portland as well. He was scheduled to speak twice on Friday. I guess he didn't make it. Ditto Bummer! :(

Nope he did not get in until Friday evening and missed his lectures.
