Lukas and I just finished watching an episode of The Office on DVD, when he switched it to the Discovery Channel. Playing was "How It's Made" where they were showing how javelins are made at the Gill Athletics factory :)

Yea I saw that. I've been waiting(and hoping) for them to do one about pole vault poles...

Discovery Science (not just the discovery channel - they have different schedules)

Set Your DVR and check your local listings!!!!! I got lucky (I DVR the show anyway - yea I am kinda a nerd that way) and caught the first time it aired on the 16th.
